Stein Pettersen - Chairman of the board Stein Pettersen is Of Counsel at Wikborg Rein's Bergen office and is part of the Corporate group. He is admitted to the Norwegian Supreme Court. Pettersen is working with financing, shipping, company law issues, restructuring, and contract law – mainly within the shipbuilding industry. He has held a number of directorships in listed and unlisted companies, such as banking, shipping, industry, trade, and private equity, and assists with ongoing national and international clients.

Njål Sævik - Member of the board CEO of Havila Shipping ASA since the company`s incorporation in 2003. He has over 30 years of international board and management experience and is currently inter alia the chairman of the board of Havila AS and a former board member in the Norwegian Shipowner Association. Mr. Sævik is a trained ship master and was educated in administration and management at Ålesund Maritime college, graduating in 1994.

Hege Sævik Rabben - Member of the board Hege Sævik Rabben (born 1971) has been working for Havila AS since 2007. She is a member of several boards in the Havila Group, including Havila Shipping where she has been a board member since 2003. She is a trained children’s nurse and has worked in a day care center as a children’s nurse. Sævik Rabben is a Norwegian citizen and resides in Remøy, Norway.
