International Safety Management Code

The ISM Code provides an International standard for the safe management and operation of ships and for pollution prevention. The ISM code is mandatory for all passenger ships and vessels above 500 GT in international trade and for ship owners operating this kind of ships.

International Ship and Port Facility Security Code

The "International Ship and Port Facility Code" is the international standard establishing the minimum safety arrangements for vessels, ports and government authorities. ISPS certification is mandatory for vessels in international traffic including passenger ships, cargo vessels over 500 GT and mobile offshore drilling units as well as ports servicing these vessels.
